A question of cost, of pricing, and of value delivered

Alas, Mike Karp still has no offices in a fancy high-tech building, but continues -- after 10 years of providing analyst services to some of the biggest names in the business (and to some of the smallest as well) --  to work from his home office in Westborough, Mass.

On the positive side, this means comparatively little overhead and a far less formal atmosphere for face-to-face briefings.  Lower overhead doesn't  affect the quality of IA's work, but it sure has a potential to impact our pricing.
